Unlike the last year, when the International Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements was canceled due to the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, this year, fans of technique and technology again got the opportunity to attend this popular event. More than 500 exhibitors, including representatives of manufacturing and design companies, as well as scientific research and educational institutions, were present at the event, which was held for the 64th time at the Belgrade Fair. Under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, members of the MISSION4.0 project team were participants at the exhibition stand of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. All interested visitors could learn in detail about the goals of the MISSION4.0 project, that is, how the application of artificial intelligence techniques can contribute to increasing efficiency and the development of production systems in the Republic of Serbia. What particularly surprised the team members was the extremely high interest by the visitors in the general application of artificial intelligence and the presence of a large number of industrial robots that utilize computer vision techniques.
